Client brief

• The clients would like to redesign their front garden of their urban bungalow
• They do not want an informal style and are open to suggestions to the overall look of the garden.
• They need to retain vehicle access to the garage
• The garden is quite sunny and they would like to have somewhere to sit. They would like to have a garden that is welcoming and open. They would like to be able to interact with passing neighbours, occasionally, while still having a more private place to sit
• They would like some planting to soften the hard landscaping but that requires minimal maintenance.
• Needs to look good from the street and from inside and look attractive/feel inviting all year.
